Policies

Cancellations & No-Shows
Approximately 48 hours before your appointment, you will be sent a Confirmation E-mail. A 48-hour advance notice is required if you/your pet will not be available for the appointment. If the advance notice is less than 48 hours advance, you will be charged a Cancellation Trip Fee of $25, if we are not able to fill your time slot.

If we come to your site but cannot provide service, you will be charged for the cancellation.

If you are not on site, we will attempt to contact you by phone. We will wait approximately 20 minutes (past your scheduled appointment time) before leaving for our next appointment.

If you can resolve the situation within an hour or two, we might* be able to come back the same day. You will be charged for the extra trip.

*Our return on the same day depends on whether we have other appointments scheduled in the area and if other clients are willing to be flexible with their time.

Bounced Checks
For any bounced, returned, and NSF checks will be charged a minimum fee of $25. After first occurrence, no more checks will be accepted. All subsequent appointments must be paid by credit card or cash.

Getting Pet To Our Grooming Vehicle
All pets must be transported to our vehicle in the following manner:

Dogs: use a securely fitted collar and leash/lead. If you do not have one, we will provide one for the grooming.

Cats: put cat inside a secure working cat carrier. If you do not have one, we will provide one for the grooming.
